こちらでは多くの人々が、どういった支援ができるのかを知りたがっています。
私たちに何かできることがあれば教えてください。
私としては、特に希少難病患者さまたちのことを心配しています。
自然災害や人災が起きた時はいつでも、その地域の災害弱者のことが気にかかり、
どのようにされているのかが心配になります。
例えば、私たちの多くは、水や缶詰食品で何日も生き延びることができますが、
電気医療機器や医薬品が必要な人々は本当に過酷な状況にいるのではないでしょうか。
こちらにいる私たちも地震被災地域の日本人がどうされているのかを共有したいと思っています。
もし時間があり、協力していただけるなら、
Eメールインタビューに答えていただき、患者会のブログに掲載したいと思います。
また、例えば、どこへ寄付を送ればいいかといったことも共有できればと思います。

I am thinking of the rare disease community, specifically.
Whenever there is a natural disaster or a man made conflict I always think about the vulnerable people in the region and wonder how they are coping.
For instance, many of us can survive on just water and canned food for many days but the people who need electricity for pumps or medications, for instance, may be in really bad shape.
I would like to be able to share with people here how the Japanese people are coping in the area of the earthquake.
Would you like to do an email interview?
I could post it on our blog and you could share for instance where people could send donations.
If you don’t have time to do this or don’t want to, please don’t feel obliged.
